Spectra Duta Karya was established since July 5th 2007. Legalized by Notary certificate Herry Ridwanto SH, and acknowledged by Law and Human Right Minister (Menteri Hukum dan HAM) Decree no. C-51 HT.03.02 on March 23rd 2004. It also based on Government decree no 1 on the year of 1995 about corporation limited.
