HRW hoses meet and often exceed the main international standard (SAE, EN, DIN…). They are constructed with an inner tube of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, followed by multiple braid or spirel plies of heavy wire wrapped in alternate direction, and concluding with an oi and weather-resistant synthetic rubber cover. A ply, or braid, of suitable material is used over the inner tube and over the wire reinforcement to anchor the rubber to the wire.
HRW hoses are suitable to be used with petroleum and water-based hydraulic fluid.
