Founded in July 2000 in Athens Greece, Eurowings Aviation and Consulting Ltd. provides today a range of services from Aviation Training, Licence Conversion and Time Building to Flying Holidays, Aerial Photography, Techical Assistance, Consulting and I.T. services.
In March 2014 Eurowings Aviation Services (Eurowings ATS) has been founded to gradually take over Eurowings aviation training activities based on European (EASA Part FCL) regulations. These currently include:
- ab-initio training for Light Aircraft (LAPL) and Private Pilot (PPL) licences and Night Rating for Aeroplanes,
- Refreshment and Pilot Currency programs,
- Bridge programs for PPL holders in Helicopters to gain PPL in Aeroplanes,
- services for validation of ICAO licences and conversion to EASA PART FCL,

(Hour) Building programs with mentoring services from Eurowings ATS experienced Flight Instructors for Greek and foreign pilots who wish to improve their skills beyond the PPL(A) level or need to obtain additional flying experience required for the continuation of their training at a higher (CPL/ATPL) level.
Key strengths of Eurowings ATS include:
Theoretical Knowledge Training combining self-study through Eurowings ATS e-Learning platform and 20-25 hrs classroom instruction (workshop) in Greece. The e-Learning platform enabling students to study at home and at their own pace under the guidance of Eurowings ATS instructors.
Flight training and time building conducted with Eurowings owned four seater Reims Cessna F 172 airplane (180 HP) and other 2 or 4 seater trainers.
Messolonghi airfield, an uncontrolled airfield used as the main training base, facilitates intensified flight training while located nearby airports with 24/7 operations for Night Training and navaids for navigation flights.
Simulator training through Eurowings ATS Flight & Navigation Procedures Trainer (FNPT) planned to operate from the begining of 2015.
