Bahari Optik pindah alamat dari Jl.Jend.A.Yani No.85 Mintaragen Kec.Tegal Timur Kota Tegal - 52121 ke Jl.Jend.A.Yani No.79/89 Mangkukusuman Kec.Tegal Timur Kota Tegal - 52123 mulai tanggal 1 Desember 2011. Bahari Optik buka pertama kali tahun 1996. Kami ditunjuk sebagai salah satu OUTLET RESMI RODENSTOCK sekitar tahun 2003. Kami juga ditunjuk oleh PT.ASKES (Persero) Pekalongan sebagai rekanan / PKS untuk melayani peserta ASKES yang membutuhkan kacamata resep dokter.Pada awal tahun 2014 PT. ASKES (Persero) Pekalongan berubah menjadi BPJS KESEHATAN Cab.Pekalongan, yang sampai saat ini masih menjadi rekanan OPTIK BAHARI TEGAL.Terhitung dari tanggal 1 Januari 2019 Bahari Optik sudah tidak ada hubungan kerjasama lagi dengan BPJS Kesehatan.
