Job vacancy Tech Lead

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf leading multi-finance company in Indonesia for a Tech Lead position.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a minimum of 10 years of experience in tech roles. Preferably has experience as Senior Engineer / Tech Lead and also managing team members

Responsibilities

• Design the overall technical architecture and technical design
• Coordinate with the Product Owner to develop the design and technical roadmap of the product.
• Managing the team with acting as a mentor and coach especially during code reviews
• Create an action plan to implement software engineering practices and improve code quality
• Improving new methods to solve technical problems and design solutions.
• Establishing the long-term vision for technology and architecture
• Maintain relationships with suppliers relevant to the technological functioning of the product

Job Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in the tech roles, with experiences in handling tech roles
• Strong Engineering experiences in Frontend, Backend, Data Analysis, DevOps, and Infrastructure and networking (excel in minimum 2 points)
• Proven track record to lead a team to build and deploy products, especially digital products.
• Knowledgeable of application security and authentication mechanisms
• Excellent knowledge about code quality metrics, software design patterns, and architecture designs.
• Knowledge in Financial Industry (Bonus)
• Experience in Jira (Bonus)
