Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with one of the fastest growing startup in Indonesia. They are currently looking for a Seller Improvement Project Manager to help improving business and sales performance of all the merchants on the platform. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job responsibilities:

  • Creating and working on end to end project management on how to improve the sales process for all the merchants.
  • Understanding the sales journey of the customer and identify any lack or deficiency on the process.
  • Working together with Relationship Manager to monitoring the work process improvement to identify and develop strategies that are more effective than before.
  • Working together with the key sellers and key categories on the platform to understand if there's any strategic plan to create to help them increasing the sales.
  • Create a campaign or promotional plan for sellers to improve the performance.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a category manager at e-commerce or marketplace company.
  • A strong business acumen; able to create goal-oriented project designs and drive continuous campaign for sales improvement.
  • Solid experience in creating seller engagement or seller improvement strategy.
  • Strong experience managing end to end project, from planning to executing, in order to improve sales performance.
  • Data driven with good analytical skills to see any gaps or area to improve.
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
