Business Development Manager - Bio Energy (Renewable Energy), Indonesia

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Renewable Energy Company for a Business Development Manager (Bio-Energy). As the company is continuously developing, our client is seeking a professional with a hunter background with previous experience in selling Boiler products and strong networking to various industries (F&B, Petrochemical, FMCG, Chemical, Pulp & Paper, etc) with at least 5 years of experience. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for sales and business development initiatives: focused on new sales and business opportunities, client visits and management.

  • Generate leads that is required to meet sales target for Indonesia

  • In charge in planning, develop, manager and conduct monthly & quarterly sales pipeline and business opportunities.

  • Help to identify potential acquisition by collaborating together with the management

  • Update pipeline of new prospects to be followed up

  • Developing the company portfolio with the assigned area coverage

  • Lead and provide all the support needed for major contracts, tenders, and quotations

  • Lead and support contract closing

  • Work across the group developing cross selling opportunities

  • Able to track competitor activities and provide the updates on competitor news

  • Maintain & establish effective communication with internal & external stakeholders

Job Requirements :

  • Background in heat & power industry will be an advantage

  • Experienced in dealing with FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, F&B, Pulp & Paper, Chemical, etc

  • Excellent communication skill & cross functional team building

  • Knowledge of multinational companies that is good for potential prospects
