One of our clients, a group of companies owned by a local conglomerate in Surabaya - East Java, is looking for their: 

HEAD OF HR

Job Descriptions: 

• Organizing, developing and evaluating Human Capital's general concept, including but not limited to the HR Administration & General Affairs, Recruitment, Training, People & Organizational Development, Performance Appraisal, and Compensation & Benefits. 
• Providing HR to determine Human Capital’s work target, observing and evaluating the progress of work
• Able to design procedure and policy of work that support employee in convenient work- place environment
• Ensure to provide high quality HR with the right function and before the desire deadline to help organization achieve its strategic goals
• Designing a development strategy for employee and organization and a sustainable performance appraisal system
• Analysing and providing recommendation of constructive development based on human resources data enrichment

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Psychology and HR Management is preferred
• At least 10 years experience in HR managerial level
• Strong knowledge of HRGA and Indonesia’s employment legal regulations
• Willing to work and/or relocate to Surabaya – East Java
