Creates, implements, and oversees communications and campaign programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products
Manage the research and development of content for publication needed
Manage and optimize all digital channels including the website, email marketing campaigns and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
Manage subordinate staff in the day-by-day performance of their jobs. Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
In charge of scheduling and strategizing the marketing communications calendar for the year and managing all communications from the company to customer/distributors; must be sensitive to market trends and quick to respond to needs of the market
Responsible in the availability and variants of digital/printed marketing tools for enterprisers
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relation or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience as a manager in the related field/area
Able to analyse trend, viewers, and followers in market, in order to produce the right content with the right market/audience Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels, both internally and externally
Possesses strong social media knowledge and experience Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and to partner with key personnel throughout the organization
Matured with positive mindset and good interpersonal skill Multitasking, detail oriented, and super organized
