Responsibilities
  • Works directly with the General Manager to achieve outlined sales goals.
  • Assists in the planning, organization and execution of marketing of B2C and B2B sales/promotional activities
  • Planning of annual sales target by branch / personnel.
  • Responsible to deliver annual top line and bottom line.
  • Works closely with supporting department, ie Brand management, Factory management and Supply Chain management.
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
  • Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
  • Research effective sales campaigns and makes strategic recommendations
  • Provide diligence to ensure that program guidelines are adhered to and that marketing concepts and practices are implemented and communicated.
  • Collaborate as a key member of the senior leadership team and participate in all aspects of the park's strategic planning process and implementation to drive new growth and improvements
  • Develop local short and long term marketing plans in line with corporate strategic plans and goals in order to grow revenues
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent in business or related field
  • Display an excellent understanding of FMCG preferred with coffee category, Hotel channel, coffee machine knowledge specialise in B2B industry.
  • At least 10-15 years’ previous experience in senior management position in related field
  •  Strong, collaborative, relationship-building, analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well and interact with executive-level customers and high net-worth
  • Ability to communicate effectively and develop strong relationships at all levels internally and externally with client, dealers, and industry partners
  • Outstanding skills in budgeting, leadership, organization, motivation, team building, communication, listening, analysis and accountability
