Bachelor Degree (D3 / S1) in Human Resources / Law / Psychology / Management or equivalent -Have a minimum of 5 years experienced in HRGA field with 2 years experienced as a Asst. Manager in Japanese manufacturing company -Exposure in all HR function : Recruitment, Training, OD, K3, Remuneration and Employee Benefits, Industrial Relations & labor law -In-depth knowledge of UU 13 / 2003, UUCK & and its derivatives -Strong leadership, good interpersonal & negotiation skills -Having good knowledge about HRIS System
