Finance Controller (General Manager)

Job Presentation
Work location: Jakarta.
Status: Contract first, permanent chance
Reporting to: Executive Director
 
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or related field, with professional qualification such as CPA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant project accounting, tax and finance management working experience, at least 5 years in real estate industry is required.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian tax requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of Accounting (software) will be an advantage.
  • Able to lead the team and also work independently and willing to be hands on at handling complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with colleagues across divisions and external business partners.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage project accounting & finance team, oversee day to day project companies’ accounting and finance function.
  • Ensure timely and accurate analysis of project companies’ financial reporting, budgets and forecasts.
  • Review and improve project companies’ accounting procedures to ensure all transactions comply with Indonesia regulations and align with Mitsubishi Estate and JV companies’ code of conduct.
  • Reviewing and advising on risk and compliance matters.
  • Handle project companies’ tax matters and provide necessary advice to management with regards the tax related issues.
  • Project companies’ financial strategies planning including but not limited to liquid assets placement, equity injection etc.
  • Key person to liaise with financial institutions/consultants for project financing matters.
  • Propose effective suggestions/solutions to the project directors with a concise summary for any matters related to finance, accounting and tax.
  • Liaise with the Auditor to prepare the audited financial report
  • Other duties as assigned by the company.
 
Salary Offer: IDR70-85 million gross (negotiable)
Working day/hour: Mon-Fri 8-17
