Finance
Establish and monitor the annual budget
Know the economic status of the company and take actions in relations with it
Management of profit and loss account and EBITDA
Optimization of expenses and costs of the subsidiary
Be aware of the financial statements

Production
Supervise the production for customers
Monitor compliance with deadlines, costs and quality
Supervise the development of new products
Support Production Manager
Optimize Purchase  Team Management Manage team of workers
Supervise the application of the labor regulations of the company
To take care of training of the employees.
Ensure compliance with standards in the area of Human Resources
