Our client, a Japanese trading company is looking for Software Sales Support position in South Jakarta area. They've been around for a long time &  established in Indonesia and looking for someone with  2-5 years of experience in cloud computing & DevOps in IT & telecommunication industry to help build the company with them. this position is a contract yearly renewal position with 3 months probation system. below are the requirements for this position:  - has 2-5 years experience in IT - Experience in technical/software sales & solution design & cloud DevOps- provides direction & specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations & benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell- responsible as the expert for formulating & leading presales technical/functional support activity to prospective clients & customers while ensuring customer satisfaction - managed delivery of large, complex, multi-stream, global, end-to-end development projects on cloud & server technologies - directly managed huge hours of work consistently, on the back of pre-sales & upsell activities during project execution- problem solving and stay focused on the target to be achieved, teamwork, honest and transparent manner.  Job Description:  - responsible for hardware & software of server & storage installation & configuration- solving & troubleshooting of server & storage problem- maintain hardware software server & storage- have knowledge related with digital transformation for small medium & large enterprise based on IoT, AI, Big Data & other future tech solution- experienced in the telecommunication & IT industry, particularly in the smart devices & technology related for B2B & B2C- experienced in testing related with IT devices- capable to make partners' relationship skills with principal brands, carriers & content provider  #LI-JACID #countryindonesia
