Finance & Accounting Manager

Job Presentation

Finance & Accounting Managers oversee the financial & Accountant operations of an organization. They advise on investment plans, monitor the company’s finances and produce financial reports. They work closely with management to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
  • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

    • Work Experience:

  • At Least 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
  • Experience in another financial role, such as an Accountant or Financial Analyst
  • good understanding of accounting concepts, financial reporting standards and best practices
  • Experience with accounting software, statistical analysis tools and other industry-specific prediction applications
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
  • Must be Excel versed with working accounting software 

    • Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills
  • Must have good skill in excel
  • Fluent English both spoken and written
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Must have taken course in MS Excel & others accounting Software
    • Salary
    Rp130,000,000 - Rp195,000,000 Annual (IDR)
