Job Presentation
The Manager, E-commerce is responsible to drive in country Ecom Sales and EBIT through Technology Adoption, Operations, Performance Marketing, Customer service, Market Place Business Development and Content initiatives according to  brand strategy and key product stories. Key objectives are:
  • Build Ecommerce in Indonesia including building the right foundation for the business.
  • Responsible for execution of the E-Commerce strategy
  • To own, manage, and prioritize multiple projects with high-quality output in an agile environment.
  • To provide leadership, development and supervision to a highly skilled team of E-Commerce professionals.
  • P/L control of the Thailand DTC E-Commerce business.
Strategic:
1.  Actively contribute to ID E-Commerce strategy, annual budget, and business KPIs focusing on goals for revenue, margin and inventory.
2.  Ensure that E-Commerce plans are aligned and follow with PUMA’s overall marketing strategies and brand priorities to achieve cross-channel marketing objectives.
3.  Provide ongoing analysis and reporting of sales and margin drivers (and other KPIs such as Traffic, M/D, ATV, UPT, RoS/ST Rates, etc.) identifying root causes and opportunities to drive growth.
4.  Develop powerful reporting to monitor outbound and inbound Warehouse Operations performance and find potential room for improvement.
5.  Maximize on the established marketing, merchandising, planning, and allocation processes.
6.  Partner with merchandising and logistics teams to manage inventory health by ensuring efficient inventory flows (including input for efficient forecasting, purchasing, & inventory management).
7.  Evaluate brand campaigns and work with the team on creating effective strategies optimized to drive users and consumers to the ID Online Store.
8.  Proactively seek opportunities to improve E-Commerce strategies, enhance customer experience, and to maximize ROI. Also work with Retail Ops team to be able to achieve a seamless O2O customer experience for DTC stores.
9.  Maximize web usability and engagement of consumers based on quantitative and qualitative consumer data.
10. Manage execution, evaluation, and optimization of site and product merchandising presentation.
11. Identify product opportunities through incorporating competitive analysis, business unit feedback and sales/site performance data and recommend overall brand/product value proposition improvement.
12. Maintain updated knowledge of key competitor products, distribution and pricing strategies as well as stay up to date on the latest E-Commerce technologies and trends.
13. Provide strong leadership, development and supervision to the staff in the execution of E-Commerce strategies  Operational:
1. Manage complex payment and logistics processes and develop expertise regarding the connection between different payment types & delivery concepts, their impact on user experience as well as possibly affected risks.2. Work with the 3rd Party Payment and Logistics Providers External Call Centre to ensure superior operations and satisfying customer experience.
3. Proactively monitor the performance of payment methods and run analytics to discover irregularities or needs for different markets.
4. Run regular risk management reports and develop measures to prohibit fraudulent orders and cash loss.
5. Work with payment providers and partners like VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and others to manage existing payment methods and integrate new ones.
6. Provide forecasts for demand planning of orders, replenishment and return consumer behavior to guarantee effective resource planning of the service providers.
7. Manage testing of new features and changes on the web shops, on multiple devices and web browsers – providing outlined test scenarios and detailed feedback.
8. Handle customer complaints/concerns professionally with good communication skills. Liaise with all necessary internal and external parties to find satisfactory solutions in a timely and efficient manner.  Functional Competencies:

  • Understanding of E-Commerce technology, including platform, payment process, content management, etc.
  • Understand key retail metrics and calendars, including markup, margin, sell thru, demand curves.
  • Ability to see consumer perspective and serve as their advocate.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or IT related field.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years hands on E-commerce experience, with demonstrated business success. Multi- channel retail experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in leading a team. Experience hiring and developing high-performance teams.
  • Fluency in E-commerce best practices and technical environment.
  • Must have experience in working with E-commerce systems such as Demandware, Hybris, Magento or similar.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Power Point. Proficiency in Confluence & JIRA tools
  • Has good communication in English
  • Generalist experience in Content Management and Merchandising Systems, including analysis of E-commerce merchandising and sales performance.
  • Experience of project management through platform
