Responsibilities :

Effectively plan, organize and control the production process, implement on-site communication within and outside the department to ensure high-quality and efficient production operation and meet production planning requirements
5S management and workshop production cost control, reduce loss, reduce waste
College degree or above, bachelor degree is preferred, more than 5 years experience in large foreign-funded manufacturing factory
Have the foundation of system management
Logical, familiar with all kinds of new production management technology, such as lean production, TPM, NPS, QCC, 6s,
etc can be applied in the work
Strong data processing ability, god at process management with data, support the effectiveness and sustainability of management and improvement
Strong achievement motivation and self-drive, good communication skills

Requirement :

Bachelor degree, more than 5 years experience in large foreign-funded manufacturing factory
