Responsibilities :

Assist the equipment manager in the management and maintenance of plant equipment
Responsible for the assignment, training, guidance, supervision and assessment of maintenance personnel
Participate in the preparation, updating and maintenance of the system document of the department
Participate in the development and implementation arrangement of annual preventive maintenance plans
Responsible for the management of spare parts warehouse and application of spare parts
Develop the equipment inspection standards and check the implementation situation
Responsible for the modification and improvement of the equipment
Responsible for daily and periodic inspections of the equipment and facilities
Responsible for the promote and management of TPM
Responsible for the analysis of equipment abnormalities, and the development and implementation of abnormality solutins
Responsible for the daily maintenance of SCADA system
Perform other task assigned by the equipment manager

Job requirement:

Bachelor degree or above in equipment, automation, engineering or other related majors

Experience in the equipment maintenance of large production lines, leading multinational teams, equipment PMTA is preferred

Excellent in English, knowledge of Mandarin is preferred

Good TPM skills and experience in TPM

Familiar with the basics of spare part management

Able to maintain the automation equipment (mechanical, electrical, visual)

Able to handle and analyze the abnormalities of automation equipment

Familiar with the processing and production processes of equipment components

Familiar with equipment assembly and commissioning

Skilled at AutoCAD and office software, knowledge of PLC software, vision software, SCADA system
