Work location: Sudirman Area, Jakarta
Status: 1-year contract
Level: Executive
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and develop marketing campaigns including promotional activities;
  • Conduct research and analyze data of prospective customers;
  • Maintain marketing and promotional tools;
  • Organizing event and products exhibitions;
  • Update databases of customers;
  • Maintain relationship with property consultant, contractor, agents, customers, and related parties;
  • Monitoring property agent performance for sales progress;
  • Well understanding about concerned agreement;
  • Oversee advertising, publicity and brand strategic management;
  • Well known and have direct experience about end to end selling property process and documentation of property transaction;
  • Known permit related to residential and commercial property.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar professional qualification
  • Maximum 35 years old;
  • Proven work experience at least minimum 3 years in the property industries;
  • Must good speaking and written skills in English business level and computer literate (Microsoft office)
  • High-level communication and networking skills; Confident, Self-Motivated, smart personality, who will be a responsible, energetic & friendly person;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Presentation skills.
 
Salary offer : IDR 15 million net
Benefit: BPJS
Working day/hour: Mon-Fri 8-17
