Job Descriptions:

Overall responsible for production and project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project result.
Secure project deliverables according to project agreement (contract).
Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfil the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget.
Manage scope changes and issue variation orders (VO´s).
Secure project communication and documentation.
Capacity and resource planning all projects
Warehouse and Tool Management
Manage all Quality and Safety commitments and outputs
Effective Time Management all employees within are of responsibility

Job Requirements:

>3 years (Full time) as Manager in similar industry
Background industry education or equivalent.
Demonstrate leadership skills, communication skills, and capability to maneuver through political and cultural situations effectively
English is a MUST

Salary

Rp455,000,000 - Rp650,000,000 Annual (IDR)
