I. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Describe in general the general goals and objectives of the position.

This position is responsible for all marketing and sales processes and activities in the company which includes marketing and sales in the field of Paint Pail (B2B), SO, Houseware, Export & Local Hanger and Promotional Items. This position must supervise and monitor the functions of Marketing and Sales to achieve the goals/targets that have been set by the company by optimizing the efficiency and productivity of resources.
In addition, this position must also take the initiative to make new breakthroughs in the product industry
other plastics such as packaging, food and automotive.
  II. THE ASSIGNMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
In detail one by one the duties and responsibilities of this position.
 
  • Responsible directly to the President Director and accountable for Marketing and Sales that support the achievement of the company's business goals according to strategic planning both in terms of growth and minimum profits that have been agreed and targeted
  • Developing the overall business at PT. BBI (within core business) and determine the marketing strategy for PT. BBI
  • Translating strategic proposals for the company's business development into marketing strategy planning tailored to market demand and integrated with the manufacturing process so that production results can always be delivered according to time and quality
  • Determine the selling price and discount strategy based on the data on the calculation of the cost of goods sold from the Director of Operations
  • Emphasize irrelevant expenses so that there is a balance between costs and benefits
  • Responsible for ensuring the minimization of "bad debt"
  • Maintain good relations with external parties, including prospective customers and existing customers
  • Development of new systems, methods, or processes to improve performance in the Marketing division
  • Collect and consolidate the budget made by each Manager in each department every half year and monitor the use of the budget

  • Designing sales targets with a minimum growth of 15-20% per year
  • Monitor all Marketing and Sales target activities every 3 months and take corrective steps if necessary
  • Monitor promotional activities, plastic hangers and measure their success
  • Conduct regular meetings with marketing managers and staff in evaluating and developing marketing strategies
  • Ensuring that the work assessment is carried out for members of the organization in this division at the specified time
  • As a facilitator/mentor in the development of leadership positions under the function of this position and willing to provide the necessary guidance and training for members of the organization
  • 16. Ensure that the implementation of 5R within the division runs well
  • III. AUTHORITY: What are the duties of this position including, the number of members, assets that are their responsibility, and the financial authority if any?Responsibility for Assets: All equipment and supplies used to support the processes and activities of Marketing and Sales  Financial Authority: Able to carry out promotional activities within a budget of up to a certain nominal value, which has a balance between cost benefit ratio effectively and efficiently.  Non-Financial Authorities:
  • Determine the sales commission
  • Approve and certify the acceptance, appointment, promotion, transfer, dismissal and salary increase for Manager level
  • Conducting interviews and selection for new candidates at Manager level
  • Provide Manager level performance appraisal
  • Provide verbal and written sanctions to Manager level
  • IV. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
    Explain the minimum requirements for formal education, work experience related to duties and responsibilities, special knowledge and skills, disposition, and behavior to be able to carry out tasks.

    a. FORMAL EDUCATION:
    Bachelor's degree from university (S1) in all fields, preferably with a basic education in Marketing and Sales.

    b. WORK EXPERIENCE:
    Min 10 years in marketing, especially in the plastic industry
    Min 5 years in paint can industry
