Scope of work: - Responsible for overseeing Indonesia commercial/sales/distribution operations & activities & lead team of sales & commercial staffs. Spearhead & roll out growth strategy to ensure sustainable and continuous growth to meet management expectation.Main responsibilities: • Develop, plan and execute business development plan & execute market strategies aligned with Regional Business Director; ensuring seamless alignment of regional market/business strategies while able to adjust to meet local need, resulting in bring in sustainable growth for revenue/profit. • Manage, supervised personal care & household business & customers’ activities in Indonesia and ensuring local sales is focusing on delivering results. Lead the team with vision of bringing continuous and aggressive growth • Identify, explore & discover new business area & opportunities, achieve higher than market rate growth. Meeting expectation on growth target in term of speed, quantity & quality to ensure business sustainable growth • Manage salesperson downline, distributors & direct accounts, internal interface (supply chain, planners, logistic, regulatory, etc.) to ensure sales process & operation smoothness, conduct regular reviews to ensure business targets are on track with key steak holders
