Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in business management, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial or in relevant fields
- Min 4 years experience in spare parts marketing and sales functions in manufacturing and/or Heavy equipment/ Agricultural Machine Industry
- Good knowledge about international and local government business trading and supply chain regulation in Indonesia
- Proficiency in MS office applications and familiar with spare parts system
- Must be able to speak English
Job Descriptions:
- Develop SOP and Working Instruction for internal guidance- Develop business regulation and policy for customer /dealer- Develop and maintain readiness of vendor and supply agreement- Create comprehensive strategy to respond market research information- Manage and develop strategy to achieve parts sales and profit target, on time supply and operational efficiency
- Provide marketing strategy
- Managed sales activities to achieve parts sales target and increase market share
- Setup competitive price and reliability of spare parts in the market- Implement continuous improvement, safety, and 5S
