Our client from financial services industry is looking for Project Manager placement in Central Jakarta with hybrid working arrangement. Here are the requirements and job descriptions: Requirements details:

Minimum education background Bachelor's Degree.

Preferably have certifications in project management field (Eg. PMP, PRINCE, Scrum Master, etc.)

Have work experience as a project manager for at least 7 years in financial services field such as credit insurance, banking, fintech, etc.

Preferably have experience leading a software development team.

Have knowledge & experience of implementing core systems, interfaces between systems & data migration.

Experience in software development on SQL, PL/SQL, .Net/Java platforms, RDBMS, Web applications, Web services, and highly scalable applications

Job duties:

Perform all aspects of project management, from starting, planning, executing, and closing projects.

Coordinate with internal resources and related third parties/vendors to ensure perfect project completion and implementation.

Communicate intensively with related clients or vendors to ensure effective working relationship.

Provide project progress reports and communicate information related to related parties such as project committees, business/users, company management, etc.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget & SDLC in the company.

Develop - detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting in accordance with applicable development standards.

Strong analytical, problem solving and managerial skills.

Good in time management and team management.

Good in communication skills and speaking and writing in English.

Able to manage tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining flexibility in job roles.
