Job vacancy Branch Head Lampung

• Minimum diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture Mechanization, or relevant fields
• Daily conversation English
• Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience as Branch head or closely related field with equal responsibility
• Good knowledge of Sales policies and regulations in Indonesia
• Prior experience in Agricultural Manufacturing or Machinery Industry
• Willing to work in Lampung

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements for the branch.
• Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
• Recruit and interview new employees.
• Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
• Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
• Work to grow business and customer acquisition.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.
