Job Description:

Proceed checking in and checking out for customers
Act as a relation staff between customer service and other departments
Responding to question and demand from customer
Handle complaint and any issue from customer
Providing helpful information about apartment facilities and city public places
Providing feedback from customer to building management, in order to improve apartment service and overall customer satisfaction ratings

Qualifications:

Japanese speaker (minimum JLPT N3 level holder or equivalent)
At least Diploma/Bachelor graduate
Prefer have previous experience working in hospitality industry or have experience working with Japanese / in Japanese industry
Willing to work in Kota Deltamas, Cikarang
Available night shift work

Salary

Rp78,000,000 - Rp91,000,000 Annual (IDR)
