Job Description:
  • Develop new customers and grow existing US account in undergarment
  • Product focus is on Bra(including sports bra), Panty and Swimwear
  • Build customer relationships with the ultimate goal of driving business
  • Build and maintain relationship with the target customers both US and local office in Indonesia
  • Lead price negotiation, product development, factory audit and discuss business strategy with customers
  • Provide face to face support in Indonesia for customer visit and its related parties
  • Follow up all aspects of customers, production process, quality and shipment schedules and related matters
  • Conduct sales forecast and manage all kinds of analysis report for management review
Job Requirement:
  • Polytechnic graduate, degree holder is preferred
  • 8-10 years sales experience in undergarment category is a must
  • Strong sales and communication skills with passion to expand the business
  • Strong in leadership and presentation skills
  • Sales oriented and team player
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Willing to travel to overseas and factories
Salary
Rp260,000,000 - Rp390,000,000 Annual (IDR)
