About Our client is a education institute located in South Jakarta. Responsibility

In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and LL Dikti.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of Legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing Legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures
Maintains confidentiality of all personnel issues and information.
Ensure all requested personnel actions are compliant company policy and procedures as well as adhere to established employment laws and guidelines
Set, report on, and achieve specific metrics (KPIS) in the organization (all departments).
Provide new hire orientation onboarding.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale & increase productivity and retention.
Maintain HR Budget.
Maintain active and terminated employee’s files.
Employee relations matters to include employee concerns, coaching/counseling/documentation.
As the primary consultant on various HR initiatives.
Manages human resource support staff in order to ensure timely delivery of HR services.
Maintain organized and clean filing/all work paper & related to administration work. Ensure compliance.
Extensive knowledge of HRIS,
