Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Management or other related major
• MBA will be preferred
• Minimum 10 years experience in collection at financial institution (Banking/Multifinance/Financial Technology).
• Minimum 5 years management level experience and leading a team
• Minimum 2 years experience leading P&L
• Excellent communication skill
• Advanced in English (Verbal & Written)
• Computer literate
