Job vacancy Production & Development Control (Garment - Tangerang)

REQUIREMENT

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree 

- Required language: English (Active) (Japanese is advantage)

- At least have 5 Years (for Japanese speaker) /10 years (for non Japanese speaker) of proven working experience in the Similar industry as a Production Control (Garment/Textile industry).

- Able to Lead and Organize Department able to Solve Every Problem that Exists in the Department

- Understand Production Cost Management, SAP, Microsoft Office

- Willing to work in Tangerang area

JOB DESC:

- Monitoring, planning, and controlling all the activities in the n production section, including the production target, productivity, shipping, cost down, safety, and manpower 

- Prepare the monthly and annual operational budget, and also support the cost-efficiency

- Ensure production runs on schedule and target achieved, both quality and quantity

- Build a harmonious relationship with employees in its section and evaluate their work periodically
