Requirements:
- The minimum education of the candidate is Senior High School (SMA),
- Able to communicate in English is better.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as Sales Executive in the related field.
- Have experience in the process of construction projects and dealing with contractors, developers and logistics partners.
- Have mastered cooperation with distributors and have worked with companies (principals).
- Have extensive relationships with contractors, architects, consultants and end users.
- Have strong leadership, aggressive, proactive initiative, coordination –communication – negotiation skill.
- Able to work with a team / independently.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, aggressively sales goal oriented focus, good communication skills.
- Discipline, fast learner, high accurate and able to work under pressure & work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
- Computer skill is a must (MS office, MS outlook, Internet, etc).
- Placement in Madiun (for those who's willing to work in Madiun) and Bali (for those who's willing to work in Bali) (This will be mobile working, direct report to the user, there is no relocation fee, so make sure you're OK to move there)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales function.
- Document and review new and ongoing projects to ensure that the company is able to meet customer demands.
- Reporting every result of customer visits and routine activities to superiors periodically.
- Make offers to customers.
- Ensure the delivery of customer orders according to customer requests.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding order requirements or specifications.
- Handle, manage and provide solutions to customer complaints properly and correctly.
- Together with superiors make weekly, monthly and annual business targets which will be reported to management.
- Identify and take action with the approval of superiors to prevent discrepancies related to the sales function.
- Monitor prices, designs, use of components and quality of competitors' products, which are then reported to superiors.
