Qualifications

  • Background from pharmacist or Dentist
  • Product demonstration/training to dental professionals and distributor
  • 1-2 year/s experience in sales
  • Must be able to speak English (interview will be in English and coordinate with foreign teams)
  • Enjoy working on field

  • Active, outgoing, and bubbly personality
  • Has good communication/negotiation skill
  • Having good Presentation skill.
  • Having or showing tenacity and not afraid of rejections.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meeting target set by the management.
  • Assist with marketing plan provided by management—e.g.advertising, PR distribution, product presentation, seminars, exhibition.
  • Work closely with internal department to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Assisting and supporting customers in the application of our products as well as technical use of our products.
  • Liaise with customer/suppliers/freight forwarder on goods delivery arrangement
  • Internal Customer (Salesperson) and External Customer (doctors) Relationship
  • Regular Co Visit: to dental clinic and hospital Jakarta and Up Countries.
  • Product Presentation to Dental Clinic. Prepare seminar kit and display set-up Jakarta and Up Countries
  • Roadshow execution: Location set up, audience: invitation and handling, seminar kit and display set-up.
  • Seminar execution>>audience: invitation and handling, seminar kit preparation and set up
  • Exhibition: booth set up monitoring and display set up
  • Hospital listing: documents preparation, getting user approvals (5 users).
  • Implement of Exhibition: invoice handling, Set-ups; sampling, product demo, materials preparation
  • Ensure the continuous updated product information into the region of responsibilities (e.g. product trainings, workshops)
  • Handle any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by superior
  • Perform general clerical duties such as answering of phone calls, distributing faxes, filing, printing and compiling of company materials
  • Assist in invoice/billing settlement from external parties with Finance and Accounting department.
  • Generate good relationship with related KOLs
  • Willing to have frequent business trip to domestic and abroad
