Our client is a multinational agrochemical company.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up the business entity in Indonesia and build the organization structure for Indonesia team
- Create, develop and implement sustainable and strategic business development roadmap for Indonesia including product patent registration, legal documentations, distribution channels and partners, product launch strategy
- Develop Go-To-Market strategy and its implementations
- Ensure continuous availability of products to be served for Indonesian market
- Assess and select potential distributor partners in Indonesia and negotiate on terms with the chosen distributor partners
- Responsible to liaise and report to headquarter office regularly
Key requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in agri/agrichemical industry (fertilizers/crop protection products/seeds)
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university
- Solid and proven track record in sales function including solid networking and familiarity with distributors for agrichemical products
- Good leadership skill
- Fluent in English
