Job Description:

• Carry out sales to achieve company targets.
• Manage sales team and targets.
• Create a sales budget.
• Monitoring customer needs.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum bachelor's degree from any major, sales & marketing background would be preferable.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in a field related to Selling Projects, preferably experience working or working in a Global Outsourcing Company.
• Work with sales targets and/or commissions on targets.
• Understand the company's strategic planning (strategic planning) to achieve company targets.
• Understand commercial & marketing strategies.
• Understand Project Management / Business or Process Development.
• Have strong business acumen skills.
• Understand the rules and regulations of labor and the labor supply business (Outsourcing and other Supporting Services).
