Successufl Candidate MUST have proven track record:
Experience as a HR Generalist/Business Partnering for at least 5-7 years with Bachelor/master degree in any related field
Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization; specific strength in influencing decision makers, and managing expectation/s
Understand global perspectives and knowledge of compliance, diversity and inclusion principles
Comfortable interfacing with all levels of leadership to be involved in several HR projects locally/globally with strong communication skills including English fluenc
Proactive, and able to identify and resolve issues independentl even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
Passionate in enhancing company culture and human capital development
