Main Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for all Talent matters in Indonesia
  • Contact person for all Employee Relations matters
  • Onboardings, internal transfers, and offboardings
  • Ensure all HR activities and datas are updated and well maintained
  • Academy link for Indonesia, overseeing and driving training, learning and development program including facilitation
  • Manage and ensure all HR Operations are maintained and effectively executed
  • Develop and strengthen Employee engagement program together with driving and enhancing Company Culture
  • Align and work closely with global team in all HR and People agendas for the country
  • Support business leaders and teams in their people and team development

Successful Candidate is a driven HR professional with strong record of excellence and achievement. Proven capability in different contexts and are keen to work in a young, dynamic and entrepreneurial company with exposures and opportunity to get involved in a variety of work, shape the business and make maximum impact. Passionate about making impact with mission and approach to system change.

Successufl Candidate MUST have proven track record:

  • Experience as a HR Generalist/Business Partnering for at least 5-7 years with Bachelor/master degree in any related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization; specific strength in influencing decision makers, and managing expectation/s

  • Understand global perspectives and knowledge of compliance, diversity and inclusion principles

  • Comfortable interfacing with all levels of leadership to be involved in several HR projects locally/globally with strong communication skills including English fluenc

  • Proactive, and able to identify and resolve issues independentl even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment

  • Passionate in enhancing company culture and human capital development
