Our client is a series-B financial services startup. They strive to empower people through their uniquely-targeted productive financing for small-medium businesses across Indonesia.

A Head of Engineering will be responsible for:

• Leading, improving, enhancing multiple teams
• Coaching engineering managers to grow their utmost potential
• Responsible in developing and maintaining the system to be secure, stable, easy to use
• Participate in preparing system requirements, specifications, and design
• Ensure maintainability of core app assets and artifacts
• Growing and innovating continuously with us

A successful candidate will have:

• Experienced as a software developer using Golang
• Experience with building scalable, robust backend system with microservice architecture, and mobile and web development in multiscreen
• Good leader and experienced in leading multiple technical teams
• Experienced in test automation, code coverage and static code analysis
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science / Information Technology)
• Willingness to learn from others, to share and to grow
