i just bought a complete string for my violin, and i asked for help for place it in my violin. but they don't want, they said they had other jobs. i was so angry because isaw they just fooling around and do nothing. i always buy violins and the strings there because i know they can help me, from this experience, i will not go there. they just want a tip. don't ever go this store, thr service is terrible.
