Reviews of Lasona Sport Wear - Surabaya

We just visited the lasona sports wear shop in PTC....and had a bad experience. We wanted to purchase a pair of swimming goggles for our son. We normally opt to buy these sports goods from known brand and shops but having been directed to this shop by the swimming instructor we took a chance and was the worst experience... After picking up the goggles we realised that there was a fifty percent discount on goggles and we're not informed about it....when showed the sign outside about the discount they said that only if we bought goods worth ********would we be given the discount. Even while buying the goggles the staff were not letting me touch it and spoke in a rude manner..... I have been in surabaya for two years now and this is the first time I have face such a bad experience the people here are warm and friendly with an exception to this shop. Please keep well informed and pleasant staff as this plays an important role in the service industry. I don't think I will ever buy anything in this brand because of this bitter experience. I feel cheated!!
