We are a subsidiary of nagata engineering Japan, a manufacturer of coal washing plant. Nagata has experience of more than 45 years of manufacturing, upgrading, and maintaining coal preparation facilites. We have delivered about 15 coal preparation plants since 1958, and over 200 baum jigs. Recently, we have developed re-locatable (modular) coal washing plant which applies our original invention, variable wave jig, to process raw coal. Plant's modularization will make its installation more rapid. Furthermore, a compact and high performance plant can be realized. Applying variable wave system jig will realize higher efficiency and quality control of coal washing, and also make operation and maintenance easier compared with the process done by conventional baum jig.
