Simple, just like the big boys in other retail businesses we buy big, our purchasing power enables us to obtain the very best discounts and pass on the savings to you, our customer. It is probably fair to say that we are not the biggest in the mountain bike industry, but at Pt. Speda Club we do things a little differently. carry all that stock and offer a good, quick reliable service. Pt. Speda Club we say what we stock and stock what we say. Delivery times. We aim to post out all orders the same day when received by 2-30pm Monday to Friday. As most parcels go 1st class they should arrive the next day, although this cannot be guaranteed. Orders received later in the day or evening will be posted the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed for despatch on Monday. We will call or email you if there is going to be any delay over 24 hours with your order, to help us please provide us with a daytime contact number. (Please note that wheels have a 5-8 day build time before despatch) Delivery services. We post most of our goods with First class recorded delivery service and as such most parcels arrive the next day. Larger heavier items are delivered by courier on a next day service. If you are not going to be home please provide a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the goods. I. E. Your work address. International parcels. As there are so many postal zones and varying weights and sizes of parcels, please email us for a quote on delivery costs outside of the UK. If you order first we will email you an order confirmation with the postage costs. Warranty. All products sold by PT. Speda CLUB carry the full manufacturers warranty, this is usually 12 months but on some products may be longer 24 months. We aim to deal with any warranty problem as quickly and efficiently as possible, however occasionally it may be necessary to return certain items to the manufacturer for inspection and or repair. If you do have any problems with your purchases please call our staff who may be able to help you over the telephone. If however you do need to return the goods please print of our returns form and return it with the faulty item together with your original receipt. We are sorry that we cannot refund your postage but will return at our cost.
