Job Descriptions:

Manage and operate the collection project team.

Collection project progress management and plan execution

Quality management

Team management,

Cooperation with external parties

Reporting and documentation, Regularly report regarding project progress, problems, and improvement measures.,

Document collection processes and quality control procedures to improve project knowledge sharing and transparency

Interpretation work, Interpreting to facilitate communication between Japanese business travelers and related parties (Indonesian).

Job Requirements:

Project management experience. Experience with natural rubber raw material collection projects is particularly desirable.

Excellent team management and leadership skills

Problem-solving ability and strong communication skills

Knowledge and experience in quality control (especially DRC judgment)

Basic IT skills (data management, report writing, etc.)

*6 months contract

Salary

USD 3,000 - 3,500 (Annual) (IDR)
