That is exactly what they have done to me too Taylor..... they expect payment upfront with a super-fast timeline that is all deceit. Once you have paid they use BKPM as an excuse for the constant delays and email or telephone is a waste of time trying to contact them. They even have a policy according to their own staff Wiwit, that they may not come meet you, the client in your office.... You have to run after them after and it’s quite difficult when telephones aren't even answered and if they do then the person you want to talk to is mostly out of office. They change PIC's and the outgoing PIC doesn't even give the new person all the facts and data, so much so that the incoming guy submits the incorrect data to BKPM and our application is rejected. Until this week the outgoing Wiwit did not bother to hand over everything to David... I feel sorry for the staff like David and Reni at Okusi because they have to deal with my anger and frustration because Gary Dean until now refuses to get involved or even reply to one of my emails.

Even an email to Gary Dean himself and his GM Lina asking to meet 26/01/2018 regarding the recorded evidence of gross negligence by their staff has been ignored while costing us and our company in many ways and we still do not have our permanent business licence (IUT) after nearly a year... Gary Dean doesn't bother and can’t answer my emails but he has the time to update his Facebook.
