Job vacancy Product Marketing Assistant Manager (Home Appliances)

Product Marketing:
- Responsible for Small Home Appliances & RAC product planning, develop and implement product strategies
- FOB price management and acquisition profitability
- Plan product road map based on market segmentation
- Update price positioning for each sub-category based on product specifications
- Monitoring competitor's activities (market intelligent) and make an action plan for anticipation
- Create and control the execution of sell-in and sell-out promo to achieve sales target
 
Supply Chain / PSI (Purchase – Sales – Inventory) management.
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records
- Analysing supply chain data and performance
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
 
Brand Marketing (Trade):
-Advising multiple teams on branding strategy
-Communicating with marketing teams & distributor to ensure brand alignment
-Managing projects through various stages of development
-Managing budgets to support branding efforts 
-Maintaining relationships with company stakeholdersSocial Media Specialist:
-Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
-Plan, create, publish, and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily or weekly basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies  Requirement: 
-Bachelor Degree from any major
-3-4 years experience in Home Appliances industry
-Flexible person
-Understand social media and brand marketing, supply chain (Purchase Sales Inventory)
-Knowledgeable in graphic design, able to use design software
-Active communication in English
-Able to start immediately  Work location: Meruya, Jakarta Barat
Salary: up to IDR 15 Million gross / month
