Job Presentation

Our client is engaged in food producer industry, a multinational company from China. They currently seek a HR Manager. 

Responsibilities:

  • All HR function: Recruitment Selection, Performance Management, Compensation Benefit, Employee Relation, Training & Development, Industrial Relation, HR Planning and Budgeting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relates field (HR, Legal, Management)
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the same role
  • Has strong knowledge in Indonesia HR Regulation
  • Understanding about Legal 
  • Has experienced of working with multinational companies 
  • Able to speak Mandarin (Active) is a must
  • Willing to be placed in Pluit, Jakarta Utara
