Office : Sona Topas Tower, Jakarta
 

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the monthly closing process to ensure the timely submission of financial reports.
2. Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.
3. Address daily finance-related issues from various departments.
4. Review VAT/WHT calculations and filings (tax expertise not required).
5. Review CIT filing and other statutory filings (experience with SAP and QuickBooks preferred).
6. Ensure compliance with document requirements for store opening/closing.
7. Conduct quarterly inventory checks at stores.
8. Oversee yearend audit and communicate with auditors.
 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and licensed CPA (preferred).
2. Retail experience is preferred.
3. Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting and bookkeeping roles, demonstrating process improvement and leadership.
4. Expertise in tax filings, computations, and related documentation.
5. Strong, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
6. Fluent in English, with excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
