Job vacancy Sub Branch Manager

Our client is commercial banking company, looking for sub branch managers with qualifications and job description as below :

Qualifications :
1. Experience in SME/Corporate/Commercial lending of at least 8 years

2. Experience as a Team Leader in lending for a minimum of 2 years

3. Proficiency in manual credit proposal preparation

4. Understanding of banking operation flow

5. Highly preferably, experience in handling funding targets as well, not solely focused on lending

Job Description :

1. Developing business strategies, directing, managing, and coordinating activities related to the development of strategies, work plans, improvement of marketing team performance, business development, and marketing workforce restructuring

2. Coordinating with the Business Banking Division to achieve Funding and Lending targets through the implementation of strategies or resolution of marketing issues.
