Planning and implementation tasks

Essential tasks during tender preparation and project handling: Preparation of customer inquiries and needs

Participation in discussions with customers
Hospital function planning in coordination with other internal technical trades
Preparation of the technically relevant part of a tender in consultation with the customer
Identification, participation in the development and introduction of new products/services
Creation of project schedules and calculations
Coordinated and quality-assured approach in project handling in accordance with the project management manual
Development of planning and decision-making criteria for the department head

Requirements

Bachelor Degree from Mechanical /Electrical Engineering
At least 5 years professional experience in design development and execution of projects in the health sector
Excellent language skills in English, other languages are beneficial
Excellent CAD skills (ArchiCAD, Revit, Plancal) and user skills (MS Office, MS Project)
Excellent team working and communication skills
Self-confident, assertive and highly flexible
Intercultural competence
Precise and structured working style
High mobility and/or readiness to travel abroad (including longer international assignments)

Salary

Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 Annual (IDR)
