Responsibilities: Establish and implement the overall strategy and transformation in collaboration with the CXOs to enable measurable results for each the business. Lead the product organization and driving all aspects of product life cycle. This includes product vision and strategy, roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, functional specification, etc. Enforce customer centricity in the product development cycle Establish and communicate priorities for development in order that all parts of the business are bought in to the roadmap. Manage ROI objectives via effective product planning Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track validation of product/market fit and iterate strategy based on market learnings, incl. consumer engagement and gain of market share Be a thought leader and drive impact throughout the enterprise
