Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, and/or other relevant fields from a Reputable University with GPA above 3.00.
  • Male, 31 - 34 years old.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing  more than 2 talents  of relevant experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication  verbal and correspondence in English  with people at all levels.
  • Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-paced work demands.
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Strong problem solving with good judgment and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
  • Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Manage the employee welfare and payroll.
    • Supervise recruitment  and training development  program
    • Monitor daily operations to foresee the potential problem and make anticipation.
    • Spur team to perform improvements.
    • Implement annual Cost Reduction  activities through optimization.
    • Prepare the Section’s budget  and control the execution.
    • Leading  the planning and implementation of various projects.
    • Prepare an annual Action plan  and achieve the target by the team.
    • Prepare and review the annual career development plan  for all team members.
    • Another task as assigned.
    Salary
    Rp130,000,000 - Rp182,000,000 Annual (IDR)
