Position: Head of Risk

Job requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management/Operational/Internal Control Audit
• Max age 45 years old
• Min S1
• Fluent in English oral and written
• Understands the operational risks of multi-finance companies, bank or related fields
• Ability to Analyse data related to operational risk
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint)

Job description:

• Plan, organize, control, and manage the Company's risk management work unit in accordance with regulations with the aim of minimizing potential risks that can endanger the Company's objectives and organizational productivity
• Determine the formulation and development of policies, procedures, studies, and strategies Risk management
• Recommend and report a study on the implementation of the Company's risk management to the Risk Management Committee and the Risk Monitoring Committee
• Recommend and report on the overall implementation of management and improvement of the Company's business processes to Stakeholders
• Establish strategies to promote the Company's compliance culture based on ethics and good corporate governance principles
